Processes – We follow a systematic approach to strategy development that involves all key stakeholders. The Main Key steps are as follows:

Assess the current situation in your business and ask “Where are we are now”

Discuss and involve key stakeholders and important customers to get an in depth understanding and highlight strengths and weaknesses

Evaluate the External environment and your competition in depth. 

We place a great deal of importance on what your competitors strengths and weaknesses are and in understanding the trends in your current market.

Set Priorities and vision – Agree what outcomes your company needs to achieve and finalise a vision statement

 We ensure that there is a general consensus within the company and sign off on the vision

 

Set Objectives and time-frames


The vision is used to set measurable objectives to ensure that progress is made against them. The objectives are given clear deadlines to ensure future progress can be tracked

 

Create Accountability Systems 

To ensure that Key tasks are shared between senior Team Members and systems are in place to track progress against the agreed objectives
